Katherine provides a schedule of works at the start of each project and personally ensures that timings are kept on track.
Typically the process will work as follows:
- You will have an initial meeting with Katherine to discuss ideas and objectives for your property.
- Following that consultation Katherine will put together an initial brief to confirm your requirements.
- Once the brief is agreed the refurbishment team will work with partner specialists to put together a formal proposal. This process takes six to eight weeks.
- The proposal will then be sent across for you to review and any amendments to the scope of works can be made.
- Once you are happy with the proposal we will establish a planned timeline and an initial deposit will be due.
- Invoices will be sent at two week intervals to completion.
Outstanding personal service from Katherine, especially given that I was 550 miles away in Scotland. We’ve recently had to sell the property as we have moved to live in Devon, however we did so for a significant profit thanks to the quality of the Pebbles refurbishment.
